Payment Methods

At Gruenliva, you can pay for your order using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Specific availability may vary depending on the device, browser, order value, billing address, and the requirements of the respective payment service provider.
Only the payment methods actually displayed to you at checkout before completing the order are binding. Gruenliva does not charge any additional fees for the payment methods offered there.
Available Payment Methods
Credit and Debit Cards
If Shopify Payments is active, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and UnionPay can be accepted. The actually available card brands will be displayed at checkout.
Your card will be authorized as part of the order completion process and charged according to the payment processing displayed at checkout.
PayPal
If PayPal is offered at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal for secure payment processing. There, you log in to your PayPal account or use a payment option offered by PayPal.
For processing by PayPal, PayPal's terms and privacy policy apply in addition.
Klarna
If Klarna is enabled and available for your order, options such as instant payment, invoice purchase, or installment payment may be offered, depending on personal eligibility.
The eligibility check, payment deadlines, and installment conditions are determined by Klarna and displayed at checkout or in the Klarna payment overview.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
Accelerated payments may be possible via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, if the respective method is available for your device, browser, region, and order. Payment is made via the card or payment source stored there.
Currency and Total Amount
All prices and payments in our German online shop are quoted in Euros (EUR). You will see the full total amount before submitting your order. Standard delivery within Germany is free. We do not request any additional payment outside the Shopify checkout.
Time of Payment
The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract, unless a different due date is indicated for the selected payment method. For cards and digital wallets, authorization or debiting takes place as part of order processing. For PayPal or Klarna, the timing depends on the option selected in the respective payment process.
Secure Payment Processing
Our shop and checkout are provided via Shopify and transmitted via an encrypted HTTPS connection. Payment information is processed by the selected payment service provider. Gruenliva generally does not receive complete card or account access data, but rather the payment and status information required for order processing.

Declined or Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or not completed, please check your entered data, the coverage or card limit, and a possible release by your bank. You can then choose another payment method available at checkout.
Gruenliva has no influence on rejection decisions by banks or payment service providers. In case of repeated problems, please contact the respective provider first and then our customer service.
Invoices and Payment Confirmations
After your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the specified email address. An invoice or a corresponding proof of payment can be provided electronically. Please ensure that your billing and contact details are complete and correct.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally made via the same payment method used for the original order, unless expressly and permissibly agreed otherwise. After our approval, it may take a few more business days for your bank or the payment service provider to process the booking.

Protection against Payment Fraud
To protect our customers and our shop, orders may be subject to automated or manual security checks. In case of justified discrepancies, we may ask you to confirm certain order or payment details. We will never ask you via email or phone to transmit complete card passwords, PIN codes, or online banking passwords.
